1.Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment 

2.We usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

Q2.does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?

1.Our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like how to operate PLC .

2.We will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , 

3.If there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .

4.We will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

WARRANTY:

• The supplier will warrant for 12 months after the acceptance of the equipments, and will warrant for 12 months for the control system.
• When there are faults with the equipments, the supplier will communicate with the buyer to remedy the trouble in time when informed.

• When warranty time is past, the supplier will supply broad and favorable technical support and after service for life installation.

  Before shipment, machines will be tested by our technicians to make sure they can work well.

• Our technicians will be sent to user’s factory to install the machines and train workers if needed.

• The buyer will pay for our technicians’ round tickets, meals, accommodation and the salary for 65 USD per day.
