Origin: Vietnam
DescriptionButterfish, also named as Escolar, has a dark brown to almost black colour and can be found in tropical and temperate waters. The oily flesh of the butterfish/escolar has a white colour. Our Butterfish is caught by long line vessels, a dolphinsafe fishing method.
