 We are supplying sashimi grade tuna (maguro) in chilled or frozen, CO treated or natural. We accept any requirement, head and tail off, dark meat off, boneless, skin on or off, all are your choice. Our tuna is freshly caught with hand line from the sea around Sabah ( North of Borneo). Our tuna is Yellow Fin, about 22kg to 95kg. The loin is weighted about 2.5kg 4.9kg; 5kg and up.
