For more than fifty years the firm has dealt with Sicilian appetizers and recipes.
It is situated in Caltanissetta, a little city in the centre of Sicily, where the sun is the best partner in cultivating and preserving the freshness and the fragrance of our products.
Born of the patient selection of first matters, our products have been transformed thanks to the traditional Sicilian techniques exalting their flavour.
No chemical additives are used, but only natural preservatives such as salt, extra virgin oil and vinegar.
Our mission is to propose the best products at the best price, overcoming the step of wholesalers or agents.
Our range of products is called Alfredos, so named as Alfredo was the founder of the firm in 1950 and as he is the father of Ivan, who today represents the fourth generation of the family, the man who is continuing the activity.
AlfredoS represents at best our production of Sicilian appetizers. It is represented by 25 products, in vases of 180 gr.
