The Mediterranean Sea-Bream is a fish with distinct external blue-sliver color on the dorsal side, with silvery blue-grey sides. Has an oval body, and meat is white, firm and juicy.

 

Like most fish, the sea-bream is an excellent source of high quality protein and provides a considerable amount of folic acid, vitamins B9 and B12, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and potassium.

 

Fresh (chilled) sea bream from Greece and other reputable Mediterranean aquaculture farms.   We ship by air.
