Seabuckthorn are deciduous shrubs in Europe, Russia, and Asia. It is part of the Elaeagnaceae botanical family and is also known as Seaberry, a name given by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, but in most botanical books it is still referenced as Seabuckthorn.
Seabuckthorn contains fat soluble Vitamins that help burn off the fat. It also contains more Vitamin E than primrose or flaxseed oil.
