8) Cooking way
☆ Cut 1.5kg fish into pieces, flavor with salt and rice wine for 20 minutes;
☆ Boil vegetable oil (100g), add seasoning sauce (180g) to fry 20 seconds, then add water for boiling;
☆ Put the fish pieces into the pot, boiling for 15 minutes, then add the prepared vegetable, and caraway;
