Sour Cream and Onion Seasoning Powder
The seasoning powder contains the taste and flavour of sour cream and onion. The High Speed Mixer is used in the seasoning production process, the mixer sprays colours and Flavours on to the raw materials. Then, the coloured and flavoured materials will then be blended by the high speed blender. So, you can trust on the quality and consistency of the colour, flavour and taste.
The main ingredients of our seasoning powders in general
1. Colour
1.1 Natural Colour in the form of Oleoresin. It is the colour derived from natural raw material extraction. For example, orange colour extracted from Oleoresin Paprika or yellow from extracted Oleoresin Turmeric. In some cases, the natural colour is extracted into the form of Oil Base.
1.2 Synthetic Colour in the form of concentrated powder, they are colour imported from outside Thailand. However, the imported colours have been allowed by Thailand Food and Drug Administration. Moreover, the colours are the colours have been allowed by EU committee.
2. Flavour
The Concentrated Flavour in the form of liquid flavor or powder flavor. In case of the liquid flavor is used, it may be in Water Base form (concentrated flavor dissolved in the water), Propylene Glycol Base (concentrated flavor dissolved Propylene Glycol Base) or Oil Base.
3. Taste
3.1 The taste derived from nature such as salt, sugar, sauce powder, etc.
3.2 The taste derived from Dried Spices Powder. They are natural spices passing through drying process then crushing process. Hence, they will give great tastes.
3.3 The taste derived from Food Additives. The food additives have been used according to rule and regulation of Thailand Food and Drug Administration. Moreover, they are certified and registered by the EU commission. So, all the food additives are safe for consumers
