China National Seed Group Corporation (National Seed)is a state-owned, large enterprise, which was founded in 1978 , it mainly deals with quality seed and agricultural produce related research, multiplication, internal and external business. Its import and export businesses are conducted under the direction of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, P. R. China. In 1988, National Seed was admitted into FIS (Federation of International Seed Trade) as a full member and into APSA (Asian-Pacific Seed Association) in 1994. National Seed is also a member of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and a member of Chamber of Importers & Exporters of Foodstuff, Native produce & Animal By-Products
