Main Description
This self-absorbing crushing machine is originally innovated by our company, the equipment consists of crushing chamber, suction device, discharging device, pulse dust catcher, induced draft fan, electrical cabinets,etc.After the crushing, the material will be discharged at noemal temperature, ensuring the integrity of material cell. The production capacity is 2-3 times of machines of the same level, and it occuoies smaller area compared with the fission machine. This machine is suitable for crushing in industries like chemistry, dying & printing, pharmaceuticals, foods and so on, with putting the finished products in the same sealed system, it is of no pollution after the de-dust process, which makes this machine one of the most environmental-friendly machines at the present.
Main Principle
The raw material enters into the grinding chamber through the feeding hopper, impacted by the high-speed rotary cutters and then it is thrown to the fixed liners, then, the material will be bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact,cut,rub materials by turns, the material will be micronized well. Under the pulling force, the finished product is absorption, so that emissions can meet the environmental protection requirements of waste cleaning, and the dust powder baginterception can effectively recover, reduced the material waste rate.
