Canola oil is the third wide spread used edible cooking oil in the world. Canola oil is Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 rich whereas it does not contain cholesterol. The content of unhealthy unsaturated fatty acids ratio in canola oil is less than other edible cooking oils.
