Our Semi Dried Tomatoes have been caringly grown to maximize flavour and quality. Tomatoes are high in Lycopene, Antioxidants, Vitamin C low in fat and calories.
These tomatoes are grown in the north eastern coastal area of South Africa were the mean average daylight hours and good temperatures is ideally suited to consistent all year round growth resulting in the quality of our product.
The tomatoes are processed in exceptionally high and strict hygienic conditions, where they are machine sliced and seasoned and are preservative and colorant free. These fresh seasoned tomatoes are then dried in our ovens and then frozen (IQF) sealing in the freshness, packaged and moved into our freezers from where they are shipped off to various destinations around the world.
