Aging
The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle in which it is sold (traditional method). The contact with the lees lasts at least 9 months.
Tasting
Attractive yellow colour with pale-golden tones, bright. Plentiful small bubbles slipping. Dry fruit aromas in the nose, clean aromas of yeast and toast as a result of its aging with the lees. In the mouth it is tasty, sweet, full-bodied and structured. Fruity retro nasal conduct.
