1.Full Servo Drive :

Adopted full servo drive in the entire machine, controlled by four axes motion controller, high efficiency and stable performance.

 

2.Automatic Feed System:

Belt and putter two kinds of full automatic feed system for you to choose, meeting the requirements of packing and feeding different items.

 

3.Film Center Control System:

You can put the film on the form-film shaft casually, because the center of the film can be adjusted automatically, preventing the film from wagging from side to side when the packing machine is running.

 

4.Reciprocating Head Seals:

Compared with rotation type, reciprocating head seals can make use of the long sealing time, achieving perfect sealing effect.

 

5.Temperature Control Module:

Heat seal, control the temperature error between -0.5 degrees centigrade and +0.5 degrees centigrade, guarantee steady temperature output.

 

6."Air Bag" Function:

Possess the function of "air bag" which can reduce unnecessary waste of raw materials for you.

 

7. "Cutting Error Prevention" System:

Exclusively researched and developed, if the packaged products fill in the wrong places when the packing machine is running, the cutter system will automatically avoid the products that fill in the wrong places, reducing the unnecessary waste of raw materials for you.
