      The particular folding system and the special combination of its parts optimize the functioning and cut down the loss of heat. SH-100 CE gas cookie biscuit baking oven is suited for backing different types of bread, cookie, cake, pastry and other baking products, whether small or middle size.

      The gas cookie biscuit baking oven functions diesel or gas, by using appropriate burners, or with electric power. The air is heated in a proper heat exchanger with a heat resistant surface that allows a big terminal exchange.
