Frutassa Fruit Purees are made from the freshest South American fruits and have the same flavour and colour profile as the frozen fruit purees. The new packaging method is called aseptic pack. The fruit purees are flash pasteurised, quickly chilled and packed in a sterile aluminium pouch.
