Through our traditional aging process in oak barrels , known as 'solera system' , selected quantities of our standard vinegars have developed into this ambar-hued reserve vinegar , strong , sharp but with delicate notes of oak and sweet caramel and the base touch of the sherry wine.
Alone or in combinations with olive oil , it makes the perfect dressing for any salad and also enhances the flavour of all kind of sauces with a touch of the nutlike flavour of sherry but with a subtly tart note.
