SHIRANAMI KURADASHI GENSHU is the distiller's select version of the famous sweet potato Shochu "Satsuma Shiranami".

This Shochu is called Genshu, Undiluted Shochu. We selected top quality Genshu from the distillery and bottled it.

 It is the master-piece of our Shochu master brewer’s (Toji) painstaking work.

No water is added to this Shochu after its distillation process. Despite of its high alcohol content compared with other Shochu, It has deep, mellow and rich flavor. Enjoy it straight, on the rocks, oyuwari or mizuwari (mix Shochu with hot water or cold water at the ratio of 5:5).

Shochu is the traditional Japanse distilled spirits . Shiranami kuradashi genshu is made from top quality Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes from south Kagoshima, Japan . We only use never frozen, Fresh Sweet Potato for our Shochu and it is prepared with white malt starter called SHIRO KOJI.  By using Shiro Koji, this Shochu has natural sweet flavor and fabulous aroma of sweet potato with full body.  All ingredients are natural and made in Japan . It is made by normal pressure single distillation method, so it retains excellent sweet potato flavor and aroma. Shiranami brand has establised strong name brand and reputation of high quality for long time in Japanese market .
