The season is depending on source but in general available from stock throughout the year. Coldwater shrimps are available as whole shell-on shrimps frozen at sea, raw or cooked, or cooked and peeled. Packed IQF freeflow or in vacuum-seeled poly bags, and block frozen for industrial purpose.
