This garden was established by British planters and Factory was established in the year 1924. Singbulli Tea Estate produces Darjeeling Orthodox Black tea, Green Tea and Speciality Teas. This tea estate is world famous for Clonal Tea, Muscatel Tea, First Flush Tea, Second Flush Tea and Autumn Tea.
Second Flush Darjeeling Tea harvesting takes place in June, before the monsoon season arrives. In comparison with first flush teas, second flush teas have a darker colour and stronger flavour. The tea leaves have a purplish bloom and a mild taste of fruits as well. To explain further, the tea has an amber hue and the taste is mostly of a muscatel grape flavour. This tea is bright, woodsy and earthy, with notes of honey, Fresh Mushrooms and meadow flowers – like a forest getaway in a cup.
Liqour : A pale golden hue with delicate floral aroma.
Leaf : Dry leaf of this exquisite second flush tea are coppery bloom with hint olive green.
