• Cast iron hot plates are fitted with a limiting thermostat to prevent accidental over heating
• Hot plates are watertight assembled on the cold-pressed stainless steel work top with over flow trough
• Two, four or six hot plate that hermetically sealed in the upper surface
• 6 position lower regulator switch
• Front control panel extractable for easy access to internal component
• Stainless steel oven with stainless steel long life elements and safety thermostat to prevent over heating
