Equipment characteristics

 

The concentrator is applicable to concentration of liquid materials of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, starch sugar, food and dairy products, and it is especially applicable to low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive substances.

 

1. Energy saving benefit. Taking SJNⅡ 1000 type for calculation, in a year, approximately 2,500 tons of steam, 70 thousand tons of water and 60 thousand electrical degrees can be saved, thus, cost of nearly RMB 80-100 thousand Yuan is reduced (compared wit h single-effect). 

 

2. The concentrator adopts negative pressure external heating natural cycling evaporation mode, with instant evaporation and great concentrated specific gravity up to 1.1-1.3 (common TCM extract).

 

3. The concentrator adopts dual-effect simultaneous evaporation and uses twice steam. Therefore, the energy can be saved by 40% when compared with single-effect concentrator. The investment saved in a year can be up to total investment on the concentrator.   

 

4. Multiple functions: (1) The concentration of alcohol that can be reclaimed is approximately 80%. (2) The boiler can reclaim creams repetitively with the circulation of first effect and second effect (3) Materials can be fed into for concentration continuously and at intervals.    

 

5. The parts of the concentrator that contact materials are all made of stainless steel, which is in accordance with GMP standard. It has beautiful appearance. The heater and Evaporator are provided with heat preservation. The heat preservation adopts stainless steel sheet as the shell. The surface adopts mirror polishing or matte treatment.

 

 

 

According to customer requirements, we have developed dual-effect energy saving concentrator with single-effect ointment collection. During the normal concentration, the valves connecting the spraying tube and circulating tube in the first effect heating chamber and evaporating chamber will be closed. The materials will enter the first effect evaporating chamber and through the jacket heating in the first effect evaporating chamber, normal pressure type or pressure relief type concentration will be carried out in the first effect evaporating chamber so as to obtain concentrated ointment of higher specific gravity (1.35-1.45).
