Product Description

 

We offer 2 varities of tuna fish:

 

Light Meat Tuna:   "Skipjack" The color is light pink, the appearance is light pink and its standard tuna.

                                  Skipjack tuna is packed either in Solid, Chunks, Flakes or Shredded

                                  Sizes available:80g, 95g, 140g, 150g, 160g, 170g, 180g, 200g, 1.7kg and 1.88kg

                                  Packed in 3 mediums: Sunflower oil, Soya bean oil, Brine (water)

                                  Standard Oil to Brine ratio: 60: 40 

                                  For solid product: 85% solid; maximum 15% flakes

                                   For chunk product: 70% chunks; maximum 30% flakes 

White Meat Tuna: "Tongol" The color is white, the appearance is very good and its considered to be premium tuna.

                                  Tongol tuna is packed either in Solid or Chunks

                                  Sizes available:80g, 95g, 140g, 150g, 160g, 170g, 180g, 200g, 1.7kg and 1.88kg

                                  Packed in 3 mediums: Sunflower oil, Soya bean oil, Brine (water)
