Discription of machine:

SM350 Conveying single and double twist packing machines are applied to the full automatic packing of chocolates,pralines and pressed candies.This machine can be used for the products with a special size and shape by single or double twisting.The packing speed can be up to 450 Grains per minute,which depends on the product shapes and package materials.

 

sm350 Chocolate single and double twist packing machine is controlled by programs accordingly and have the electronic control system for presence of the products,so that the machine does not convey the package paper if there are not products to be packed,which guarantees the minimum paper consumption.Furthermore,it can realize automatic color code tracking to ensure automatic color code tracking for identical wrapping patterns on the products to make the packing apprearance more perfect.If there is no paper,the machine stops work automatically.

Installation/ Training:

 

The installation can be provided by the SENIM company. It must be after shipment till the machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with SENIM company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one-day training course will be provided to our customers about operation and maintenance procedure. The costs include engineer’s subsidy at US$60/person/day plus all local transportation, accommodation, and air tickets (round trip). Day charges period includes travel days.
