Using the " Clear Wave Current "— a low-pressure jet of air + circulating water

+ tap water simultaneously released from a single ejector—a combination of

a soft-water current and microbubbles penetrates the nooks & crannies of

the food and scours away contaminants.

 

[With a flexible layout, it is easy to use in a wide variety of applications]
Can be installed in small spaces and used in pre-prep, post-prep,

and many other applications. When not washing food, it can double as a sink.
