Paprika powder is a product obtained by grinding of the ripe, healthy and clean dried fruits of paprika “Capsicum annuum”.
The smoked paprika is obtain thanks to the special manufacturing process of drying.
Whole paprika pods, after recollecting them from August till November, are later on dried over low burning wood-fires, hence the smoke flavour.It is commercialised as sweet, bittersweet and hot.
