SMP 95 is a spray dried dairy ingredient containing 95% pure Skimmed Milk
SMP 95 can partially or totally replace Skimmed milk powder in
food applications. It provides excellent functionality and organoleptic
properties in the finished product while significantly
reducing cost. The process ensures good dispersibility and excellent solubility
of the product.
