1.Mix Kari Ikan premix well with 1/2 cup of water.

2.Saute mixture with 3 table spoons of cooking oil till fragrant.

3.Add 1 1/2 cups of water with 300g of frish, 100g of lady finger/100g tomato. Put on cover and cooked within medium heat for 10 minutes.

4.Best serve with rice or bread.
