SNOWY MOOIN CAKE Powder (2kg)
Ingredients: Refined rice flour, starch, milk powder, icing sugar.
Recipe: premixed powder 1000g, distilled water or pure water 500g,white shortening 200g.
Method: 1. Sift the premixed powder, blend with distilled water or pure water at medium speed for 4 minutes, at fast speed for 1 minute until it is smooth and tenacity.
2. Add in white shortening and blend;
3. Separate dough and shapen dough after one hour setting aside and let it rest( it will be better if freezing).
4.Keep in refrigerator after finishing the moon cake.
