Properties: Sodium saccharin also called soluble saccharin, is the sodium salt of saccharin with dihydrate . It is colorless crystal or slight white crystal powder,and it is easy to lose crystallization water into waterless saccharin,white powder, odorless or little aroma, thick taste and sweet with bitter. The sweet degree is about 500 times than sugar.The heat resistance and the alkali resistance are weak,and the sweet taste will be lost under the thermal Acid condition.When the content of it is more than 0.026%,the solution is bitter.
