Usage:
This machine mainly used to make hard ice cream, ice cream, Italian ice cream and other frozen dessert manually, such as sundaes and all kinds of fancy ice cream by hand. Introduction:
1. Mix ice cream powder and water by a ratio of 1:2.5 to 1 : 3.5 
2. put the ice cream powder with a good environment at room temperature and let stand 15-20 minutes 
3. Feed the ice cream powder after standing into the tank. Ensure both tank with same much material. The material must be over discharge port. 
Note: ice cream material can’t agglomerated.(The material of the each cylinder at least 3 kg)
4. Machine electricity, check the machine on the display panel on the left shows the hardness and observe whether the right hardness is greater than 1.0 to 2.0 on the left. If not, then adjust the hardness on the right is greater than left between 1.0 to 2.0 (SET SET hardness suggestion: setting at around 5.1, the new machine had better not more than 5.5)
5. keep machine into standby mode, press on both sides of the handle to the next, until you can come up out of the material, so that the material flows out 1-2 cup material come until after the flow was smooth. 
6. Feed the flow out material back to the material cylinder, press cleaning, cleaning 5 to 10 minutes
7. Click the button to the washing machine into standby mode 
8. Click refrigeration key state machine into refrigeration, refrigeration 15-25 minutes you can press ice cream
