Prices : FOB Black Sea, port Odessa, US $340-350.00/MT, including US$10.00/MT as total commission, 50/50 buyer/seller sides.

Shipment: 25,000-100,000 MT per month
Terms: Transferable FFDLC, auto revolving shipment to shipment, PB 2%.

Procedure:

1. The Buyer issues the complete and updated LOI and BCL/RWA or LOI with a SOFT PROBE from a prime world bank.
2. The Seller issues the Draft Contract in favor of the Buyer.
3. The Buyer returns the signed and sealed Contract to the Seller.
4. The Buyer returns the draft contract to the Seller duly signed and sealed within 5 days after receipt. All changes must be made at the same time.
5. The Seller reviews and confirms any changes made in the Draft Contract, if in agreement; the Seller issues the final contract.
6. The Buyer returns the final contract to the Seller, via fax or email, duly signed and sealed within 5 days after receipt. Along with the Draft Contract the Buyer sends the draft copy of the proposed text of the Letter of Credit for the Seller s approval.
7. The Buyer s bank issues a non-operative, confirmed letter of credit to the Seller s bank.
8. Activation of  the L/C.
9. Delivery and shipment commence as per mutually agreed schedule.

The prices are valid for seven days only. Need fresh dated complete LOI to issue  draft contract.
