Product Description:
This soy powder is Spray Dried, Full Fat and is processed using all natural processes while leaving the soy oil, lecithin and other naturally occurring elements still in the flour.
The whole soybeans selected varietal is Hilum a Non-GMO, Identity Preserved kernel are first cleaned before they are cracked in order to aspirate off the hulls. The remaining product is then made into soymilk before spray drying. No other ingredients or processing aids are added during and after the process.
