This TSP is made from defatted soy flake, etc through high temperature and pressure. It is natural product without any other additives, no cholesterol and low fat. It has fine water absorption, oil preserving and fibrous structure. After processed with flavor, It can taste like Meat, fish or snacks.
It can be used in sausages, meat balls, stuffing food, Seasoning paste, vegetarian products, convenience or instant food, boiled dumplings, imitated meat, etc.
It has protein content from 50% to 52%, good water absorbing ability. It is brownish or yellowish in the shape of flake(minced), ball(granula) or column,chunk, etc, as customer request, with mild flavor.
