Soybeans locally called in Cameroon “Soya beans” is consume widely through the country in many home as well as in many boarding school in the form os soybeans milk. It is cultivated free from chemicals as well as fertilizer that is it is naturally cultivated and therefore it is highly nutritive.The seeds are dried under the sun or in some case in ovens but however a majority of the seeds are dried under the sun since it is the tropics where sunshine is abundant. It is highly nutritive and good for consumption in all its form.
