PRODUCT Spaguetti. The raw material we use for the elaboration of our products is 100% durum wheat semolina. We have two different qualities, made from 100% durum wheat and other product made from 100% wheat, but mixed, a necessary requirement to be able to call a product "High-quality", according to food and health regulations in Spain and Portugal. This ingredient is recognised all over the world as the most suitable to obtain high quality pasta, as it is optimal for cooking "al dente" and shows great texture once cooked.

TASTING NOTES "Al dente" after cooking approx some few minutes. No additives, artificial colours or artificial ingredients are used.
SHELL LIFE Thanks to the high temperatures used in the process of manufacture and to the low water content in fresh pasta, our products can be eaten up to three years after the date of packing.
