Please be sure that, by ordering our pasta products, you will buy one of the most quality pastas in the world.
You can test our quality by cooking pasta for 10 minutes (as compared to 7 to 8 minutes, normally) then put it in refrigerator for one day.
Next day, cook it again and when served you will realize that our pasta is still "al dente". Do the same with other products and see the
difference! The shelf life of our pastas both for the food service sector packaging and the retail sector packaging are 2 years (3 years is optional).
