Gazpacho is widely consumed throughout Spain, neighboring Portugal (where it is known as gaspacho) and certain Latin American countries. It descends from an ancient Andalusian concoction based on a combination of tomato, bell pepper, bread, garlic, Olive oil, salt, and vinegar.
It is especially good in warm summer months as a starter dish. Other uses include using Gazpacho as a base ingredient for Bloody Mary Vodka.
