Finca Valdezarza is located in the town of San Martin de Montalban, about 44km. Southwest of the spanish city of Toledo, and within the growing region known as Montes de Toledo (659m. above sea-level)
Finca Valdezarza has an extension of approximately 1.500 hectares, 600 of which are used for intense and super intense Olive tree cultivation. The most representative olive varieties found in our groves are: Arbequina, Picual, Cacareña, Cornicabra, Hojiblanca and Manzanilla. This growing region offers outstanding climate and excellent soil, and our state is watered with drip irrigation systems. All of this combined with the efforts of a qualified team of agricultural professionals are combined in the creation of only the highest quality olive oils.

TASTING NOTES
Aromas os green vegetables, artichokes and eggplant. Light fruitiness, with slight touch of piquant and bitterness. Prolonges sweet almondy aftertaste.

Dark glass, cylinder-shaped bottles with net content of: 250ml, 500ml and 750ml.
Tins: 500ml, 1l, 3l and 5l.
