Spanish RED WINE. Appellation of Origin: I.G VINO DE CASTELLON

BODEGA LES USERES is located in the beautiful village of Les Useres, within the county of Alcalatén, in the province of Castellón (Spain).  The origins of our winery go back to the 1960s  when a number of local wine growers grouped together, and with constant effort, perseverance, patience, investment and a desire to do things well, have allowed LES USERES to become the most important winery in the province of Castellón.   We belong to the Geographical Indication of “Vino de Castellón” (literally “Wines from Castellón”), within which our company is the main producer.

Our  newly updated winemaking facilities, together with our stock of American oak barrels  accommodate our winery’s processes for the growing demands for our range of red, white and rosé wines under the L’ALCALATEN brand . Our wines are made from diverse Spanish  grapes such as Tempranillo, Monastrell or Macabeo, as well as Bonicaire, a unique cepage from Castellón. Also, our  corks come from certified sustainable cork-tree forests from our own region (our corks are stamped with the FSC label).
