Our spanner crabs in this region have no international market/exposure until now that is why we have an abundance in supply, thus prices are relatively low. We desire to market it abroad be it through supply or if any company would like to invest in the business(catching/processing), we would also welcome. Our region is rich in seafoods, zamboanga is the sardine capital of the philippines, we have an abundance of prawns, Shrimps including baname, Mud Crabs etc. The tuna capital of the country is also located here in the south.
