ELABORATION

Process:

This wine is carefully treated from the beginning.

Traditional harvesting and de- alcoholization through the spinning cone system. The reconstruction of the wine is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature . Cold maceration is conducted for two or four months. The wine contains authorized preservatives.
