The Brut sparkling wine was prepared by Luiz Argenta method Charmat long. The grapes used are Chardonnay and Italian Riesling. The Brut Sparkling wine displays a fine aroma, with touches fruity, well balanced with aromas of the autolysis of yeast and an excellent balance between sugar and acidity.

Shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections.

Fine bubbles, intense and persistent.

Fine and fruity, typical of the Chardonnay variety and flavors from the method of preparation with autolysis of yeasts.
Green apple, toasted bread, Citrus fruits and butter.

It is nice and thin, has a great structure. Sugar and acidity are perfectly balanced, with good persistence.
