Working principle

Cheegers TY standard rotary airlock valve  are used in wide range of applications. The material enters from the top and exits from the bottom flange of rotary valve. Airlock is used in gravity flow or low-pressure differential applications such as on the bottom of a dust collector, surge hopper or silo .  The product structure is simplified, end cover and housings for fission, disassembly and assembly and convenient maintenance.

•Full flow throat design permits maximum flow to rotor pocket.

• Outboard rare-earth wear resistant and SKF inboard bearing design protects bearings in high-temperature applications,it can removes bearings from direct path of damaging contaminants. 

•Housing and rotor coating special options significantly improve the wear factor on the valve and reduce the pre-mature equipment failure often associated with such applications.
