Spices are at the base of nearly all our typical Mediterranean dishes: their Flavour and their characteristic nuances are easy to be remembered due to their highly persistent taste. Castello San Donato presents a wide range of spices, some of them typical of the territory and some from more exotic locations. The "feather in our cap" is represented by the Spices of the Castello, a mixture of Chianti-side typical aromas which enhance the taste of meats, as it happens with pork, beef and grilled meats, together with enriching game by making it a unique dish.
