We receive this fresh product with its green leaves at our factory after its picking. Afterwards, it is submitted to a very careful sorting operation in order to remove any strange herb or leaves. Then, the cutting is carried out according to defined length without chopping in order to preserve the natural taste and nutritive characteristics of this product. After the cutting, another sorting is carried out in order to remove the seeds residues as well as the yellow leaves.
