Fannuoer alcohol vinegar is produced by submerged fermentation technology, using alcohol as raw material. After tackling a series of technological problems, the total acidity of alcohol vinegar cloud get 12% and maintain a steady base level of production. The clear and transparent alcohol vinegar has pure flavor and taste; it could be used directly, or diluted to different concentration according different purposes. Since the high acetic acid concentration, using high acidity vinegar could save on storage space and freight costs.
Scope of Application:
Compound condiment: apply to process of salad, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, mayonnaise and other formulated vinegar. The alcohol vinegar could have impact on preservation, flavor, and extending shelf-life.
Beverage process: apply to prepare beverage, such as cider vinegar drink, tomato juiced, dark plum juice etc., using as auxiliary material.
Pickle vegetable: apply to pickle gherkin, cabbage, cowpea, chili, carrot, ginger, onion, garlic etc.
Fish-processing: vinegar curing, pickling, preserving, suppressing the unwanted smell for fish.
Catering industry: using as condiments in all kinds of Chinese food, western-food, Japanese and Korean food.
House cleaning: as a safe and green cleaner, the product could be apply to clean kitchen, glass contents and other kitchenware.
Other industry: environmental protection, chemical, pharmaceutical and beauty industry.
