INSA-INDELMA S.A. own the No 5835/DG breeding ground, registered in the National Institute of Seeds -INASE- from Argentine Ministry of Agriculture, Stockbreeding, Fishing and Feeding. This seebed, supervised by Eng. Juan Soave (Technical Director), produces many varieties of certified peanut, in several reproducing degrees.
INSA-INDELMA S.A. is the main distributor for Chile of "Confectionery" peanuts, that is, peanuts obtained after several running stages such as: precleaning, peeling, sift, electronic selection and sizing. Grains that meet every quality condition in force: clean, healthy, dry and tasty grains, free of chemical contaminants and microtoxins (Aflatoxins B1, B2,G1,G2 according to each market demands).
Another of INSA-INDELMA S.A. strengths is the constant development of new products in order to meet customers increasing requirements. Thus, their star product HIGH OLEIC ("Long-Life") peanut, with high content of oleic acid, is likely to be the future of the peanut industry. Another product of new issue is ?PAMPA? JUMBO peanut, characterized by its large grain size and tasty flavour, and result of the crossing between Runner and Virginia peanuts, developed by El Carmen breeding ground.
