Quadrangular sheet sponge cake base for patisserie.  Dimensions: 580x380x10mm 

Made of flour, eggs and sugar. Also with cocoa. Many diameters to choose (more than twenty) and different thickness (from 3 mm to 18 mm). Fired at the optimum temperature, is supplied frozen or fresh-chilled. It’s ideal both for the artisanal experts and for the cake industry. Available with its original taste and with different natural flavors (lemon, vanilla, cinnamon,...).
