4.How to use:
1.open the outer package of the heating pads
2.put the heating pads into the little pocket of the bandage.
3.wrap the body part with the bandage,then use the velcro to keep tight.
4.adjust the wraper to fit the body,till you feel good.
5.the heating pads will heat up in few minutes,and last for at least 8 hours .
